The iAssisting network job performance evaluation system
Having a good and well-accepted job performance system is a great deal. Staff performance evaluation is a milestone In the development of every business. For some leading companies it’s a matter of prestige and obligation, for others it’s a compulsion. Every contemporary social or economic organism needs to evaluate and to be evaluated. Apparently, it seems that successful recipes are easily available everywhere. Practically, building transparent system is a high score challenge for every manager. Having even the staff acceptance is a real paradise. When entering this process, we at Assisting Nature IVF, quickly understood that our first step must be the unanimous agreement inside the team. We performed it by a brief web questionnaire asking all our people if they want to judge others and being judged by them.
The one hundred percent vote “for” was not a surprise to us at all. The second step was to establish the group of basic criteria and definitions with the same rating and score values for all of us.This includes well-known thematic blocks like staff dedication, personality, appearance and teamwork. Real difficulties came later when we started the evaluation of each department. How can you fairly evaluate doctors and compare them with embryologist in the sensitive ecosystem of IVF Unit? This could be only feasible by adding the new group of criteria to the existing one. Scientific and educational activity, participation in research projects, medical expertise and manual laboratory skills added new values into the evaluation process. Even long consultations didn’t disappoint us and didn’t hold up the system from taking off. Our hope to start all the system directly from the network became reality. The iAssisting job performance evaluation process operates and exists only on the web. Every three months, each staff member receives an electronic questionnaire about others and a few days later receives personal score results. Such important the system is that it deeply supports the anonymity of corresponding employees, as well as aggregated results, are available only to QMS team.

Having an excellent and modern infrastructure in the IVF Unit is highly positive, useful and necessary. However, the real goal is to have a highly educated, satisfied and dedicated team.
