Tatiana received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2013. Her studies were targeted in the field of Molecular Biology, Genetics and Biotechnology. Her diplomatic research focused in the evaluation of the genotoxic and antigenotoxic effects of natural agents using both in vitro and in vivo techniques.
In 2012 she completed her internship in “Theageneio” Hospital where, she was trained in molecular diagnostics in viral infections of HPV.
During the next two years she completed her Master degree in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, attending the Postgraduate Study Program “Applied Genetics and Biotechnology”, where she was involved in the challenging field of Molecular Biology and Cytogenetic. In her thesis, she performed mitochondrial DNA and chromosome analysis, using molecular and cytogenetic techniques, along with the use of bioinformatic tools.
During 2016-2017, she also participated in the Educational Study Program in “Human Reproduction” at Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Tatiana joined our team in 2017, as our younger trainee embryologist.
